Our dogs love lying on their Kuranda beds. They keep them off of cold drafty floors during the winter and provides excellent ventilation in the hot summer months.
Though they benefit greatly from Kuranda beds, we don't have enough for everyone. If you would like to donate a bed at a special wholesale price so another rescue dog can sleep in comfort, you can do so directly from the Kuranda web site.

This Rottweiler is NOT in the possession of Big Sky Rottweiler Rescue and the information provided comes from her owners and she has not been evaluated by Big Sky. In order to make Jade a better behaved dog, she needs to be spayed. Her hormones are overacting as an unneutered male would. This will also prevent her from getting Pyometra, which is a uterine infection which can kill her. Jade is about 4-5 years old and spent the first 2 years of her life outside on a chain. Her current home took her into their home and housebroke her. We had another rotti that she got along with great. They became best friends. She was not spayed and we new she had had a few litters. My parents let her and their male have a littler. She was such a good mommy. Right befor she had pups hank
the male died unexpectedly. My parents homed the other pups and kept one.
She has since became more agressiv twards all other animals other then her
one pup. We are not sure if it's stress from loosing hank and the other
pups or what. Today she pushed through the front door and attacked a dog
walking down the street. The other dog was large and is ok. My parents now
want her gone either rehomed or euthanasia. I know she has so much life and
will do so great as a one dog house hold. As a vet tech of ten years i
don't want to see her euthanized. She is around 4 or 5years old. Not spayed. Had pups 15 weeks or so ago but they all have homes. She is good with my 3 year old and lives inside with both of my parents and my 11 year old sister. She does Not like cats but adjusted to their other rotti fast. She is fully vaccinated and has a microchip. She came from people who kept her in a yard with no animals and very little interaction with people and on a chain 24/7. That was how my dad got her. He seen her on a job one day and they just gave her to him. He has had her for about two years. She was doing so well until they lost the male rotti 3 months ago. They don't want to keep her as she attached another dog walking by. I feel she is a good dog just protective. They unfortunately won't keep her now.
