5 year old Purebred European Rottweiler. Blue Ribbon Champion as a pup. Born in Europe and imported to the USA for breeding. He had a few litters or puppies and retired when we was 3.5 years old. He’s great on a leash, kennel trained, house trained and loves to ride in the car. He’s loyal and protective. Since retiring, he’s mostly an indoor dog but loves being outside and is kenneled while we’re gone. He’d be great dog for a couple with no kids that doesn’t have a lot of traffic in and out of the home. Since retiring and bonding with the family he has nipped a few times, usually to protect. He is absolutely not an aggressive dog.

The kids were playing chase in the yard and she was in the back of the line of kids and he nipped through her shirt. This is the first time hes ever nipped at a kid. My kids lay on him and love on himand we've never had any concerns.
